With the exception of horses, and other large animals, the consultation takes place in a pleasant outdoor consulting room which is a natural and relaxed environment for animals. It will be necessary to bring your pet either on a lead or in a secure container in much the same way as you would when visiting the vet. You may rest assured that your pet will be treated with the utmost care and consideration at all times. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? The initial consultation will take between 1-2 hours depending on the case and the severity of the problem.
